Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • PartySpot reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders

Delivery Terms

  • Same day delivery is subject to availability
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatched
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Inflated balloons are non-returnable
  • Orders canceled after preparation may not be eligible for refunds
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Limitation of Liability

PartySpot is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors
  • Improper use of products
  • Allergic reactions to materials
