At PartySpot.ca, we work hard to prepare and deliver party balloons and supplies quickly and with care. Because many of our products are custom-prepared, inflated, or time-sensitive, this policy explains when refunds, cancellations, or replacements are possible.
By placing an order on PartySpot.ca, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Same Day & Instant Delivery Orders
Orders placed for same day or instant delivery cannot be cancelled once preparation has started
Once balloons are inflated or dispatched, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
Next Day & Future Delivery Orders
Orders scheduled for next day or a future date may be cancelled only if preparation has not started
Cancellation requests must be sent before the order preparation cutoff time
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
Refund Policy
Inflated Balloons
- Inflated balloons are non-refundable
- This includes helium balloons, balloon bouquets, number balloons, letter balloons, and custom arrangements
- Due to the nature of inflated products, we cannot accept returns once delivered
Non-Inflated Products & Kits
- Balloon kits, accessories, and non-inflated items may be eligible for a refund only if unused and unopened
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- Damaged balloons
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Delivery Issues
PartySpot is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or courier issues
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
- In such cases, delivery fees are non-refundable.
Helium & Balloon Float Time Disclaimer
- Helium float time varies based on balloon type, size, temperature, and environment
- We do not guarantee a specific float duration
- Float time differences are not eligible for refunds
Canada-Wide Shipping Orders
For shipped orders outside Metro Vancouver:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers are not refundable
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

- Same day & instant delivery orders
- Delivery fees
- Custom or personalized balloon orders
