Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before processing
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- PartySpot reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders
Delivery Terms
- Same day delivery is subject to availability
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatched
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details
Refunds & Cancellations
- Inflated balloons are non-returnable
- Orders canceled after preparation may not be eligible for refunds
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Limitation of Liability
PartySpot is not liable for:
- Delays caused by external factors
- Improper use of products
- Allergic reactions to materials
