  • Choose Delivery Date: At checkout, add your preferred delivery date and time window in note. (by the way, In regular same day delivery service, we only deliver between 7-10pm every day)

Q. Do you deliver same-day?
A. Yes! We offer same-day delivery throughout Metro Vancouver for orders placed before 7PM

Q. What are your delivery fees?
A. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our hub.

Q. Can I ship balloons to other parts of Canada?
A. We ship uninflated (flat) balloons and DIY kits across Canada. Inflated balloon delivery is strictly for the Metro Vancouver area.

Q. How long will my helium balloons last?
A. Foil Balloon last till a week and latex balloons last 12–24 hours (longer with Hi-Float).
